Terms of Service

By accessing or using MyReefClub (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MyReefClub provides tools to help reef and freshwater aquarium hobbyists track their tanks, log parameters, manage maintenance, and discover local fish stores in Singapore. Some features require a free account.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not use another person's account or share your credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• You retain ownership of content you upload (tank photos, parameter logs, etc.).
• By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes third-party intellectual property.

The Reef Assistant and scan features are powered by AI and provided for informational purposes only. AI-generated advice is not a substitute for professional veterinary or aquatic care. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI outputs. Always verify recommendations before acting on them.

Shop profiles may be submitted by third parties or seeded from public information. If you are a shop owner and believe information is inaccurate, contact us at hello@myreefclub.com or claim your profile.

• Scraping, crawling, or automated access to the Service without permission.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the Service.
• Using the Service to harass, spam, or harm others.
• Uploading malware or malicious content.

We strive to keep MyReefClub available but do not guarantee uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyReefClub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss or damage to your aquarium or livestock.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
